“I really love that song.”
“I’m in love!”
“Let’s make love.”
There’s a lot of talk about love.
But what is it, really??

ove. According to psychologists, the most basic human need is to love and be loved. There is no power greater than love. It can motivate people to do things for others they wouldn’t normally do. Some even give up everything for the sake of the one they love.
But if love is such a beautiful thing, so essential to life, why is there so much hate?
The answer is simple. True love is more than a sentimental, gushy feeling. Love is a decision, a choice we each must make. The greatest demonstration of love is to give our life for the person we love. God did that. Even before we were born, he demonstrated His great love for us when He gave his only son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins so we could have forgiveness and eternal life in him. That is what love is. It gives, selflessly, even sacrificially. It unconditionally provides for the one that is loved.
10 Ways to know if it’s Love:
10. Doesn’t say, “Me first!”
9. Believes the best about others.
8. Does not “keep score” of the bad things that others do.
7. Does not tear down others.
6. Is not conceited.
5. Is patient to others, even when they are annoying.
4. Is not happy when someone gets hurt.
3. Helps out others, even if it’s inconvenient.
2. Celebrates the success of others.
1. Never quits.
“ If only I had a close friend.”
“Who cares?”
“Who can I trust?”

riendship. What is a friend? There are acquaintances, casual friendships, close friendships, and intimate friendships. We all have acquaintances, faces we recognize, and people we greet by name. Casual friendships happen through continued contact. Close friendships are developed through sharing of interests and spending time together in certain activities.
But intimate friendships are what everyone desires and needs. These are friends that stay with us no matter what. They listen to us and are genuinely interested in what is best for us. They always tell us the truth, even if it hurts sometimes. But that’s okay because they are interested in our well-being.
When you’re in trouble or facing a difficult situation, who do you depend on to help you sort it all out? Who do you wish you could turn to? Everyone wants the kind of friend that will be there for them no matter what.
Who are your friends? Are they just acquaintances, or intimate friends? Sometimes even our friends may let us down, but there is one thing that is sure – Jesus wants to be your friend. When you accept His friendship you will never be disappointed.
“You’re no good for anything.”
Have you ever been told this?
“I’m no good at sports. Not good in school either.”
“How can anyone love me? I’m not worth it!”
Have you ever thought this?

Elf-esteemed. Have you ever looked in the mirror and wished you were someone else? If you answer yes, you’re in the majority. Probably everyone who has ever lived wished that they could change at least one thing about themselves: their nose, their height, their personality – something.
Looks. Money. Professions. Popularity. They all have one thing in common: they’re not guaranteed. Even if we have them, they’re all temporary. When our self-worth relies on the outward aspects of our life, happiness and fulfillment will always be short lived.
True worth can only be measured by seeing ourselves through God our Creator’s eyes. How much value does he place on your life? Did you know that God loves you just as much as he loves his own son Jesus! You can’t get any more valuable than that!
10 Ways to Look and Feel you’re Best:
10. Take care of your appearance. (You’re the only one who can!)
9. Wear a smile.
8. Get out of your chair and exercise.
7. Never build yourself up by putting others down. It doesn’t work.
6. Be yourself. No need to fake it.
5. Carry yourself well. You were handmade by God.
4. Look beyond you and celebrate the accomplishments of others.
3. Cut back on the sugar and drink plenty of water!
2. Get some sleep. Short nights can result in unproductive days and weaken your immune system.
1. Get to know the One who created you.

“What? Is this all there is to life?”
Who doesn’t want to be successful?
But what is success really?
And how do you get it?

uccess. God our first priority, all of the things we need will be provided for us. God is all about success – including your success.
Too often the standards for success are measured by the level of education we have attained, the amount of money we have in the bank, the size of our house, or how much material possessions we own.
Education is important; we should go for all that is available to us. And there’s nothing wrong with a good job and wealth. But in reality, it is how we treat others and what we do with our education and money that people will remember long after we are gone.
True success can only be measured at the end of our lives by how we used what we had to serve society and honor God. This is the only kind of success that can never be taken away from you.
